Estimates and Pricing
We offer free estimates for most plumbing and heating work. Here's how our pricing works:
- Free estimates: We provide no-obligation estimates for standard residential and light commercial jobs.
- On-site assessment: Final pricing may be adjusted based on what we find during an on-site inspection. We will always discuss any changes with you before proceeding.
- Written quotes: For larger projects, we provide written quotes detailing the scope of work, materials, and cost.
- No surprise charges: We do not charge hidden fees. If additional work is needed beyond the original estimate, we will get your approval first.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided, unless otherwise stated. Material costs and availability may affect final pricing.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our work:
- Workmanship guarantee: We guarantee the quality of our labor. If a repair or installation fails due to our workmanship, we will come back and make it right at no additional charge.
- Manufacturer warranties: Parts and equipment we install carry the manufacturer's warranty. We will help you with warranty claims if an issue arises with a product we installed.
- Warranty limitations: Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or modifications made by others after our work is completed.
Limitation of Liability
Wrangler Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is liable for damages resulting directly from our negligence or faulty workmanship, subject to the terms of our warranty. However:
- We are not liable for pre-existing conditions in your plumbing or heating system that are discovered during service.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the cost of the services provided.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Emergency Services
We offer 24/7 emergency plumbing and heating services. Please understand:
- Response times are estimates, not guarantees. We respond as quickly as possible, but factors like weather, distance, and current workload may affect arrival time.
- Emergency service rates may differ from standard business-hour rates.
- In severe weather conditions common in Wyoming (blizzards, extreme cold), response times may be longer than usual. We will communicate any delays.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of work, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
- For larger projects, we may require a deposit or progress payments as outlined in the written quote.
- Past-due accounts may be subject to collection efforts and applicable interest as permitted by Wyoming law.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a scheduled service appointment with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. For projects where materials have already been ordered or custom work has begun, cancellation may be subject to a fee to cover costs already incurred. We will discuss any applicable fees with you before they are charged.
